In this hands-on experience, you’ll cook carefully curated rice creations that highlight flavour, balance, and technique. We focus on the details — from building a proper sofrito to achieving that perfect socarrat.

We’ll begin with a local aperitif — a glass of wine or vermouth accompanied by traditional bites from the region — setting the tone for a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
