In this hands-on experience, you’ll cook carefully curated rice creations that highlight flavour, balance, and technique. We focus on the details — from building a proper sofrito to achieving that perfect socarrat.

We’ll begin with a local aperitif — a glass of wine or vermouth accompanied by traditional bites from the region — setting the tone for a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Along the way, you’ll learn about seasonal products, cooking traditions, and the importance of taking your time in the kitchen.

To finish, we’ll share dessert and conversation around the table — because at ORYZA, food is just the beginning.
